About Cache Hypothesis

Cache Hypothesisis going to start out as a test site for a hypothesis that I have regarding the ability of blogs to get links cached.  I will post links to sites that I have requested a linking relationship for an undisclosed site. It will start out with a few categories, but may change as it grows, and as efficacy of it is determined.
